Zutaten:
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 große Karotte
200 g Erdäpfel
1 grüne Paprika
3 Tomaten
2 EL Pflanzenöl
2 TL KNORR Mei Supp'n Gemüsebouillon
2 Lorbeerblätter
1 TL Paprikapulver edelsüß
Pfeffer
1 Dose Braune Linsen 425 ml (abgetropft 265 g)
1 TL Weißweinessig
Zubereitung:
1. Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und hacken. Karotte und Erdäpfel schälen und in 1 cm breite Würfel schneiden. Paprika entkernen und ebenfalls in 1 cm breite Würfel schneiden. Tomaten waschen und würfeln.
2. Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Paprika und Karotte in einem Topf im heißen Öl anbraten. Tomaten, Lorbeerblätter, Paprikapulver und etwas Pfeffer dazugeben. Zum Kochen bringen.
3. Mit 750 ml Wasser aufgießen, aufkochen und Knorr Mei Supp'n Gemüsebouillon dazugeben, gut umrühren. Erdäpfel und Linsen zugeben und ca. 20 Minuten bei schwacher Hitze garen, bis die Erdäpfeln gar sind. Bei Bedarf noch etwas Wasser zufügen. Nach Belieben abschmecken.
