1. Me 😊 I've cast on the #zakkuricardigan by in Gilliatt by
2. I've also finished my #colagilet from the #wonderofwool book which I knit using Marie Wallin Aran in the colour Russet. Will be sharing more about that one tomorrow.
3. has finished her first sleeve of the #zellacardigan by and is using heavy merino held with De Rerum Natura Berenice. So close to finishing!
4. has finished her Tweedy Junior by using Como yarn. It's super gorgeous.
5. is knitting a sample for called the Scrumper Waistcoat designed by Marina Skua. She is using one of John Arbon new colours of Yarnadelic Sport. We hope to have the new colours soon at Knit With Me.
6. has also cast on a Zakkuri Cardigan by again using Gilliat... We are knit twins!

Firstly we have my WIP, the Cola Gilet from the #wonderofwool book. I'm using Aran yarn in Russet. Sewing it together right now so hope to wear it tomorrow on New Year's Day.
Then we have Lisa and her STUNNING Brooklyn Raglan Lite by Tori Tu using Snek by and then her Rosie Yoke Sweater by in Snefnug. Both are looking glorious.
Elizabeth is knitting the Beginners Lace Shawl using
Meadow in the colour Aster. Light as a feather and ethereal.
Finally Judith is knitting the Oran Do Chaora cropped cardigan by using Ulysse in Emeraude. Look at those travelling stitches and that colour ❤️❤️❤️

I hope you are all nice and toasty in your knits, making the most of your time with family and friends during the festive break. A recent tragic loss in our knitting community has made me reflect on how much we can all suffer from taking things for granted and be head down in the rush of life. Today, I'm going to meet some good friends to catch up, drink coffee and knit. I'm going to take the time to be grateful for everything I have in this world. I'm typing this whilst I sit on a bench in the same park this photo was taken just a few days before. I'm going to close my eyes, feel the sun on my skin and take some deep breaths whilst thinking of all of those who mean so much to me.
Let's all be grateful today.
