【料理研究家 桧山タミ先生 ご逝去について】
料理研究家・桧山タミ先生が、2026年3月21日、100歳でご逝去されました。
先生は17歳で料理の道へ進まれ、「桧山料理塾」を通して60年にわたり、料理の技術だけでなく、食の大切さや暮らしの知恵を多くの方へ伝え続けてこられました。
ご家族のご意向により、これまで公表を控えてまいりましたが、本日、読売新聞九州版に掲載されたことを受けご報告させていただきます。
先生は、生涯を通して「料理は命をつなぐもの」という信念のもと、多くの人の暮らしに寄り添い、料理を通して豊かな生き方を伝えてくださいました。
私どもも長年にわたり先生にお世話になり、そのお人柄やお仕事から数え切れないほどの学びをいただきました。
先生の料理や言葉に励まされ、人生や食の喜びを教えていただいた方も多くいらっしゃることと思います。
心より感謝を申し上げるとともに、先生のご冥福をお祈りいたします。
