今回は、少し早起きしてでも絶対に行く価値がある、羽曳野のうどんの名店【喜多八】さんの極上朝食へ行ってきました！
地元でも大人気を誇る和食レストランなのですが、実はこちら、朝7時〜9時の限定でとんでもなくハイクオリティな和朝食を提供されているんです🥺 まるで老舗旅館に泊まったかのような、贅沢で温かみあふれる空間でいただく朝ごはんはまさに至福そのもの！

焼き魚や丁寧につくられた小鉢そしてなんと言っても、ツヤツヤ炊きたての「おひつご飯」が付いてくるのが嬉しすぎるポイント！🍚
好きなだけお茶碗によそって食べられる幸せがたまりません🤤 これでなんと「750円〜」という、お財布に優しすぎる神コスパに驚愕です…！

そして朝から贅沢にいただいたのが、お店自慢の「泳ぎ活イカの姿造り」！
さっきまで店内の生簀で泳いでいたイカは、身が透き通っていてコリッコリの極上の歯ごたえ。噛むたびに濃厚な甘みが口いっぱいに広がって、朝から気絶するほど美味いです😭💯
🍤 後造りの天ぷらがまた絶品！
お造りを堪能したあと、頭と尻尾の部分は「塩焼き」か「天ぷら」を選んで調理してもらえる贅沢サービス付き！今回は天ぷらにしていただきましたが、サックサクの衣にふわっと柔らかいイカの旨みが閉じ込められていて、これまた言葉を失うほどの美味しさでした…！👏
帰り際には、お家でもお店の味が楽しめる名物の「お持ち帰りうどん」もばっちり販売されています🛍

用事で羽曳野に行くので前から気になってた
㐂多八さんに行ってみました。
朝8時。
静かな店内に差し込むやわらかい朝日。
そんな中で出てきたのは、まさかの…
🦑「泳ぎイカ姿造り」‼️
朝から贅沢すぎるやろ…と目が覚めました。
さらに驚いたのは、和定食＆うどん定食の豪華さ🍚✨
✔️ 焼鮭、だし巻き、お造り、味噌汁、香の物…
✔️ しかもごはんおひつでたっぷりおかわりOK！
✔️ うどん定食の出汁も朝にぴったりで沁みる…
朝からこんな幸せ、なかなか無い。

モーニング定食は全4種類ある全て750円均一。
今回僕は和風定食を注文｡
和風定食は
焼き鮭､だし巻き､お造り､小鉢､漬物､サラダ､
味噌､ご飯､味付け海苔のラインナップ｡
しかも､ご飯はおひつで出てきます｡
おひつ内のご飯が無くなれば､
更にご飯をおかわりすることも出来ます！
凄いコスパですね！
今のご時世で､なかなかない高コスパです！
それに､だし巻きがめちゃくちゃ浸み浸み！
僕好みの味付けで美味すぎです。
うどんと海鮮が自慢のお店なので､
刺身もびっくりするぐらい新鮮で美味いです！
月曜日が定休日ですが､
モーニングが月曜日以外も休みの時があるので､
