「写真を上手に撮れるようになる」だけではなく、
フードフォトを仕事につなげていくための力を身につける
オンライン講座です。
私は秋田県に住みながら、
自宅の6畳ほどのスペースを中心に
調理・スタイリング・撮影・編集まで一人で行い、
企業様の商品撮影や料理撮影を続けています。
特別なスタジオがなくても、
地方に住んでいても、
フードフォトは仕事にすることができます。
講座では、私自身が実際の仕事で使っている
考え方や撮影方法をもとに、

・スタイリング
・構図、アングル
・料理を美味しそうに見せる盛り付けや調理のコツ
・Lightroom Classicを使った編集
・Photoshopを使ったレタッチや表現
・ポートフォリオの作り方
・仕事につなげるための考え方
・実際のクライアントワーク
などを学んでいきます。
動画を見るだけではなく、
毎週の撮影課題とグループフィードバック、
個別面談や質問できる環境も用意しています。
この講座で大切にしているのは、
「私と同じ写真を撮れるようになること」ではありません。
誰に、何を、どう伝えたいのか。
その目的に合わせて、
光・構図・スタイリングを自分で考え、
自分なりの表現で写真を作れるようになること。

フードフォトワークショップの振り返り📸
カメラ初心者の方から、写真を仕事にされている方まで、たくさんの方にご参加いただきました🙌
はじめにライティングのコツやフードフォトの考え方をお話しし、その後はグループに分かれてテーマに沿った世界観づくりに挑戦。
撮影するお菓子やパン、フルーツ、背景、プロップは、グーパスさんと私が用意したものの中から自由に選んで使っていただきました✨
当日初めて見るお菓子やプロップで世界観を組み立てるのは難しかったと思いますが、グループワークだからこそ、自分にはないアイデアや考え方に触れられる時間になったのではないかなと思います🌱
「ライティングが初めてで不安だったけれど、最後には楽しさを知ることができた」「いつか自分もワークショップを開いてみたいという目標ができた」
そんな嬉しいお声もいただきました🙏🏻✨
ワークショップを通して、それぞれが写真の楽しさを見つけ、何かひとつでも学びや新しい発見を持ち帰っていただけていたら嬉しいです。
そして今回は、開始直前に予定していたスタジオのドアが開かないという予想外のトラブルが発生し、急遽会場を変更して開催することになりました。
参加者のみなさんにはご迷惑とご心配をおかけしてしまい、本当に申し訳ありませんでした。
それでも、「中止になりかねない状況の中で開催してくださってありがとうございました」と温かい言葉をかけてくださる方ばかりで、その優しさに本当に救われました。
グーパスさん、そして参加者のみなさんのおかげで、今年も東京でワークショップを開催できたことを心から嬉しく思います。
今回の経験をしっかり活かし、次回はさらに良いワークショップをお届けできるよう頑張ります！
