I was trying to figure out why none of the doctors that ran these labs never connected the dots for me 🤔 (they’re all getting replaced in 2026 😂). I didn’t realize the long term impacts of the deficiencies translated to mood, depressive feelings, & anxiety until I started digging myself. They always would be like yeah maybe take this or that in a suggestive but not necessary tone & it was never clear how not addressing the deficiencies could show up. I’m consistently irritated with our health system & providers but that’s another discussion for another day.
It’s another reminder to do your own research, press for answers, & advocate for yourself. If you’re not feeling like yourself start with getting some labs done. You may find your answers there. I also have done several hormonal panels & there’s a lot of benefits to finding out what’s happening there also. Because things are SO much different in your 30s. I screenshotted what supplements I’m currently taking for those asking. ❤️ Also cross check with an actual doctor. Don’t just rely on AI bc sometimes it’s wrong.
