ルート治療を学び、今日で１年が経ちました🪡
鍼灸師として19年の歩みを重ねてきた私ですが、ルート治療を学び始めてからの1年間は、これまでの臨床人生の中でも特に大きな変化と成長を感じる時間でした。
初めてルート治療を体験した時の衝撃は今でも鮮明に覚えています。身体に深く響き、これまで取りきれなかった凝りがみるみる解けていく、そのスピードと量に驚かされ、次の治療までに症状が戻りきらないという持続力に、従来の治療との違いを実感しました。
日々治療に取り組む中で、不随意運動が起きたり、思わぬ感覚や感情が身体に現れたりと、患者さまが自己治癒力を最大限に発揮する瞬間に立ち会えるのもルート治療ならではです。
それは単なる「技術の違い」に留まらず、身体と心、そして患者さまの生き方そのものに働きかける力を持っていると感じています。
一方で、ルート治療を通して変わったのは患者さまだけではありません。私自身もまた、施術を学び実践する過程で大きく成長しました。
