A reminder that not every struggle is visible.
Some people are fighting battles behind smiles, quiet moments, and “I’m fine” answers.
You never truly know what someone is carrying.
As someone who has been struggling since my teenage years, my journey has recently taken a hard turn. Over the past few months, my physical health has deteriorated massively. And I'm learning the hard way that when your body is in constant pain and failing you, your mind suffers right alongside it.
The fear of the unknown, the exhaustion, and the grief for the active life I used to live are taking a heavy toll on my psyche. Right now, it feels like fighting a battle on two fronts.
