精神と肉体のバランスも考えないといけないなと改め実感します。
ここ数年は、自分にフィットするものは何かを探して、ずっと試行錯誤していました。
心地よいもの、理に適うもの、本質的だと思えるもの。
そういうものを探すのには、本当に時間もお金もかかりました。
でも、本質的なものに触れるほど、逆に自分の知識の不完全さを突きつけられる感覚もありました。
情報が溢れる時代だからこそ、

躊躇してしまう。
最近ようやく、点だったものが少しずつ繋がってきて、まとめたり、削ったり、形にしていく段階に入ってきた気がしています。

大の大人達がきゃっきゃっ言いながら収穫してる姿を見るのが最高でした笑笑
来た時と帰る時の顔が全員曇りが取れて晴れやかでアク抜きできたんだなあと。

わたしがいつも休みの日にやってる日常で溜まってくる言葉にできない負のものを自然が溶解してくれてプラスのものに変えてくれるあの感覚を味わってもらいたいなーと頭の中にずっとあって
登山やレジャー色々する中でやっぱり五膳貪の棚田での農作業が一番浄化される場所であって、やっぱり来てもらわないとわからない良さを来てくれた方々全員理解してくれた事が何より嬉しいです。
なんか楽しかったし、最高だったから毎月何かしらイベントやる予定😂
