Zuleyka still pulls up whenever she can, and when she can’t make it here, she has the confidence to show up for herself elsewhere. That didn’t come overnight, it came from years of putting in the work together. The old Zuleyka wouldn’t have felt comfortable walking into a gym alone, but now she knows what she’s doing and feels good doing it. That foundation and muscle maturity doesn’t disappear just because life gets busy. And that’s why this matters, real progress is built over years, NOT WEEK OR IN JUST “30 days”.
Sometimes you don’t need a trainer forever. Sometimes you need one for a season. A season where you learn, grow, build confidence, and become independent. And that’s the goal.
A trainer isn’t just there to count reps or yell “five more.” It’s about teaching you how to make this a lifestyle. Helping you feel confident walking into a gym. Knowing the machines. Knowing what exercises work for your body. Knowing how to push yourself because you’ve learned how.
So when you think about investing in a trainer, don’t think narrow. Sometimes the biggest win is building someone up enough that they don’t need you the same way anymore… but they’ll always know where they started💕🍑!!
Less rushing. More intention.
I’m learning that slowing down doesn’t mean losing momentum, it means creating sustainability. Prioritizing hydration, mobility, and recovery so I can continue showing up strong, present, and pain-free for the women I train every day.
Growth doesn’t always look loud.
Sometimes it looks like listening to your body and honoring where you’re at.
I love partnering these two together, the energy, the focus, the work ethic… unmatched.
This is exactly what they did 👇🏽

Strong women. Real work. Real results.
Meanwhile this is my DAILY struggle 😭🐶
If I’m ever late, just know Milo had other plans.
Building that booty was one of Celi’s biggest goals and it’s happening. Slowly, steadily, and the right way.
Celi is one of those people who just comes in and gets it done no matter how she feels. She’s not flashy, she’s not loud about it, and she doesn’t put it all out there. She just shows up. Every week. That’s the real work being done.
What makes this even more special is that before training with me she had never worked out and had never stepped foot in a gym. The Booty Cave is the only gym she’s ever known so yeah I kinda took her gym virginity 🤭
She’s been training with me for over two years now three times a week two lower days and one upper and her consistency speaks for itself. The girls always say it in class “that strong girl.” The one everyone admires for her work ethic. The one who never misses.
When she first started food wasn’t really something she paid attention to. She ate whatever was convenient without much awareness around nutrition. Now she’s far more mindful understands the benefits of fueling her body and we’re working toward eating in a surplus more consistently. Some weeks are great some weeks are harder and she still tends to under eat at times but she’s learning and staying consistent through it all.
And somewhere along the way the confidence levels up. The gains come in. The cute gym fits start showing up. When your gains come in everything else rises with it and training just becomes even more fun.
This is what consistency does.
So proud of you Celi 🤍!!
(things I’m still working on too)
1. Comparing
Comparison pulls us out of our own lane.
Everyone’s timing, body, and journey look different and that doesn’t mean we’re behind.
2. Negative self-talk
The way we speak to ourselves matters.
I’m learning to notice the voice in my head and soften it instead of letting it run the show.
3. Scale obsession
The scale doesn’t tell the whole story.
Strength, energy, mood, and consistency matter more than a number.
4. Unhealthy relationships
Not everyone is meant to have full access to us.
Protecting our peace sometimes means creating distance, even when it’s hard.
5. Letting go of guilt around over- or under-eating
Our bodies don’t need punishment they need understanding.
Food isn’t something to earn or feel ashamed of.
This season asked a lot of me and gave even more in return.
New perspective.
Lessons I’ll carry forward.
Memories I’ll always be grateful for.
I’m deeply thankful for my family, the women, the support, and the space God allowed me to build.
For the strength, the protection, the guidance, and the grace He showed me every step of the way.
Closing this chapter with a full heart and stepping into 2026 grounded, grateful, and wiser.
Thank You, God!!🤍✨🙏🏽
