**Supply list**
- Lady / tiramisu fingers
- Dates (I used Khalas dates for its sweetness)
- Date molasses / dhibs / syrup
- Thick cream (I used the ones that comes in cans)
- Coffee
- Water
- Unsweetened chocolate powder
- Crushed walnuts
**Method**
- Dilute one tbsp of instant coffee with some warm water.
- Quickly dip the lady fingers and assemble them inside the cups (or a baking dish if you're planning to make a bigger quantity)
- Pit & chop the dates then add them in a bowl along with the thick cream + dates molasses and mix.
- Add some of the cream mixture on top of the lady fingers (repeat the tiramisu fingers dipping and layering step one more time)
- Garnish with unsweetened chocolate powder + crushed walnuts
- Chill for a few hours before serving & ENJOY!
P.S: It tastes even better the second day, so you can actually prepare it from the night before ๐ค

**(Supply list)**
- Minced chicken
- Barilla's Basilico sauce
- Fresh basil leaves
- Baby onions
- Baby potatoes
- Oat flour (or breadcrumbs)
- Spices (salt & pepper, chili flakes)
- Olive oil
- Bulgur, white rice or quinoa (your choice)
**(Method)**
- Season the minced chicken with salt & pepper, add some oat flour to hold the mixture together. Then, form them into chicken meatballs & refrigerate them for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, boil the baby potatoes (until half tender).
- In a pot, add some olive oil & stir fry the chicken meatballs until it changes color, then remove from the heat.
- Add the baby onions and continue to stir fry until the onions are translucent or lightly browned.
- Add the boiled baby potatoes into the same pot, along with the chicken meatballs, the Basilico sauce, some water, garlic butter & fresh basil leaves.
- If your pot is oven safe, then place it into the oven (uncovered) and leave it for 30 mins until the sauce thickens. Another 5 mins under the broiler.
- Once it's out from the oven, sprinkle some chili flakes and garnish with basil leaves.
- Serve with rice/bulgur.
