先日は日日、さんとのお茶会にたくさんのお客様にご参加いただきました。ありがとうございました😊
生憎のお天気でしたが、紅茶とのマリアージュを楽しんでいらっしゃる様子に胸を撫でおろし、嬉しい気持ちと充実感でいっぱいになりました😌
毎日のようにお茶を飲んでいても忙しい日々。
なかなかゆっくりと味わうゆとりはないかと思います。
この時間が少しでも癒しになれていたら嬉しいです。
通常アフタヌーンティーはセイボリー（軽食）→スコーン→ケーキの順番ですが、セイボリーが真ん中の方が最後まで楽しめそう！という私の型破りなお願いでケーキスタートとなりました😉
（この順序が紅茶の順番ともバッチリ噛み合うという偶然にワクワクしたり）
パンも早朝から仕込み、クッキーやスコーンは焼きたてのアツアツを提供。ジェラートもできたて。
（いちばんいい状態で召し上がっていただきたかったのです！）
帰り際、お客様からたくさんの感想を話してくださったのが印象的で「喜んでいただけたのかな」と思えました。
またできるかはわかりませんが、その際はぜひお待ちしています😌
