When you’re so used to something, you take it for granted. But now, the more I dig in and dive deeper, the more I discover its many facets and realise how amazing it truly is.
Seeing the “Bring a Plate” segment today brought a rush of emotions. Tears of joy streamed down my face as I remembered how fortunate I was to share a piece of Venezuela and our customs with everyone.
Since my beginnings on MasterChef Australia, the road has been long and challenging, but every step has been worth it.
Every day, I think about new ways to share these vibrant flavours with Australia and the world.
Every step forward has solidified my commitment to showcasing the rich traditions and unique nuances of Latin and Venezuelan cuisine.
My hope is to continue this journey, to keep bringing these flavours to life, and to contribute to the multicultural tapestry of Australia.
