Am 3.11.24 geht es das aller erste mal an den Start, mein erstes Hyrox Event in Hamburg! 💪🏽
Hier ein kleiner Ausschnitt von meinem Hyrox Training, in erste Linie ging es darum erstmal alle Übungen zu probieren. Da ich sie noch nie gemacht habe und schauen wollte wie anstrengend die Übungen sind.
Und damit habe ich wirklich nicht gerechnet dass diese Übungen so anstrengend sind 😂
Aber gut zu wissen auf welchen Level man sich aktuell befindet!

Letzte Woche hatte ich das große Vergnügen, an der feierlichen Eröffnung des neuen Fitnessstudios „Kniger-Gym“ in Kreuzberg teilzunehmen. Dieser Anlass war nicht nur ein Meilenstein für lokale Fitnessbegeisterte, sondern auch eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen und gleichgesinnte Sportfans zu treffen.
Es war besonders erfreulich, Persönlichkeiten wie den Barbier, den Ninja Warriors-Teilnehmer, sowie und Jessica Deasler kennenzulernen. Jeder von ihnen brachte seine einzigartige Energie und Leidenschaft für Fitness und Gesundheit mit, was die Atmosphäre unglaublich inspirierend machte.
Zu meiner großen Freude konnte ich auch wiedersehen und natürlich meinen Manager,. Es ist immer wieder erhebend, vertraute Gesichter bei solchen Ereignissen zu sehen.
Natürlich war es auch eine Ehre, den CEO persönlich zu treffen. Seine Vision und sein Engagement für das Kniger-Gym sind wirklich bewundernswert und spiegeln sich in jedem Detail des Studios wider. Das Event war perfekt organisiert und bot zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sich auszutauschen und von den Erfahrungen anderer zu lernen.
Ich bin unglaublich dankbar für die neuen Bekanntschaften und freue mich schon darauf, diese Beziehungen zu vertiefen. Das ist zweifellos ein Ort, der nicht nur körperliche Fitness fördert, sondern auch die Gemeinschaft zusammenbringt. Auf viele weitere inspirierende Begegnungen in dieser tollen neuen Einrichtung!

NEVER GIVE UP!!
Aufgeben ist einfach keine Option, natürlich gibt es Tage wo es ein nicht so gut geht oder man einfach keine Motivation hat aber denn nimmt man sich einfach die Zeit und fängt danach einfach wieder an!
