Especially coming up to Airlie’s first birthday 🥺
I’ve been so busy with my new business and taking photos of everyone else’s families (which I absolutely adore) that I have been forgetting to photograph my own.
I can’t remember the last photo I took of them together, or the last milestone photo I took of Airlie 😔
So today when I was playing around with my studio space, I got them to jump in. Not perfectly posed, not in pretty clothes, just exactly as they were in that moment.
Messy, pjs on and food probably still on their faces. But looking at these photos tonight made my heart so happy.
It’s that constant work/life balance, and the reminder that I needed.
That these two are the exact reason I took this leap in the first place 🤎
