Phil Kidd is an urban planner in Cleveland. Over his 20 year career, his work has focused on improving neighborhoods throughout Youngstown and Cleveland. Phil holds degrees from Youngstown State University and Cleveland State and is currently the program director for the Cleveland Foundation’s Vibrant Neighborhoods initiative. His Every Street Cleveland project is a deep dive of the streets of the city - their history, condition, vibe, and outlook.
