wow this winter has been fun. We moved into our dream cabin, spent our days on glaciers, snowshoeing + skiing in the mountains behind our house, signed on a huge client for our production company allowing us to catch up on some life things that we’ve been behind on… it’s been a whirlwind of a season & I’ve never felt so at home and at peace with life.
I’m giddy thinking about summer coming & these warmer days + sunshine are life giving.

The month we moved into our dream home, spent every day outside in the sunshine (hello 6:30 sunsets 🙌🏻), quested to my favorite glacier four times in 3 weeks & conquered weeks of negative temps! I’ve realized this month that ever since I moved out of my parent’s house at 18, I have not felt home. I’ve lived in college dorms, friends basements, cheap apartments & and an airstream, but we’ve never put down roots. This month we did just that. Meeting new friends, plugging into our church community, supporting local businesses & starting a bucket list of all the adventures we dream of having here - we finally have a place we love & can call home. I am so dang happy & grateful 🫶🏻

This girl is the spark in our family we didn’t know we needed. She is always on the move, loves her food, expresses herself loudly, smiles with her whole face & loves people. Streamy recently underwent a huge renovation & I am even more in love with our home on wheels. After living in it for so many years, we figured out what we do and don’t like and specifically designed it to accommodate two kids as well as a tough life up here in Alaska. She is off grid capable with 870 amp hours of lithium batteries and solar, cold weather ready with two diesel heaters & insulation and we’ve installed doors to separate each section which greatly reduces noise and allows our kids to nap. Our family doesn’t own any other house or property (yet!) so this is home to us and we all truly love it 🤍
Huge thanks to our friends at for taking on this build. If you know anything about Airstreams & renovations, you know how insanely challenging this is but they absolutely killed it 🔥
