大山夏のクリスタルボウル開催します。
毎年恒例のクリスタルボウルメディテーションを、今年も6月に大山の圓流院で開催します。
クリスタルボウルの響きに、外から聞こえる鳥のさえずりや葉擦れの音も加わって、毎回違う大自然のハーモニーが楽しみになっています。今年はどんな音の組み合わせになるかな。
クリスタルボウルは海外では、代替医療に使われている水晶から作られた楽器です。リラックス効果だけではない、体験した人にしか得られないものがあります。
今回は、ほぼリピーターの方の事前ご予約で満席となっているため、お申し込みご希望だった方ごめんなさい。

メディテーション後のお茶会では、米粉で作ったいちご🍓のロールケーキを食べながら、ビフォーアフターを共有して部屋の温度が一気に上がるくらい盛り上がって驚きでした。皆さんのスッキリした表情も印象に残っています。
心身をリラックスさせ体のリズムを整えたら、睡眠の質も上がります。明日からまた元気に日々のことを取り組んでいきましょう•*¨*•.¸¸🎵

クリスタルボウルと、かすかに聞こえる雨音のハーモニーが、より心地良い響きとなって皆さまへお届けすることができました。
お茶会は和やかな雰囲気で、メディテーションの振り返り。感覚も覚醒しているから、味覚もしっかり感じられたり、手のひらからお隣りの方のエネルギーの伝わりをしっかり感じられたり。
圓流院を出る頃には雨も上がり晴れ間が見えて、写真を撮り合って合っている皆の笑顔が輝いて見えてとても素敵でした。
クリスタルボウルの音の響きは、体の水分、臓器、骨まで2、3日から長い方で1週間位、波動調整で微細な振動が続きます。水分しっかり摂って、夜はゆっくり休んでくださいね。
