I still remember the day, two years ago when Shaaya & Athavan booked me. The feeling was so surreal to know that I would be going all the way to Switzerland for the very first time; our first European booking❤️ Trusting us without seeing anyone else doing it, meant the absolute world and we knew we wanted to go all out for them.

I first had the honour of capturing their civil wedding back in 2023, never realizing it would lead to such an incredible journey. From a three-week trip to India, to filming their pre-wedding events and Hindu ceremony, this experience has brought us so much closer and turned into a beautiful friendship with our whole KIM team.

The koorai entrance part of her singing with our visuals just hits different. To capture that perfect shot, I asked all the vendors for 5 minutes alone with the bride, so could get drone footage while I focused on capturing the moment on my camera. I had the song on repeat throughout the whole process, constantly imagining different visuals until I finally settled on the tunnel reveal shot of her. My goal was to bring out the best of the song, blending it seamlessly with our visuals. Special shout out my guy worked so hard on this trip. Sky is the limit for you.
