Crystals give a lot, they sit with us, support our energy and absorb what’s going on around them. Because of that, it’s important to cleanse them from time to time so they can work at their highest potential.
Selenite is one of the easiest ways to do this. It’s simple, low maintenance and allows you to cleanse and charge your crystals at the same time. I personally love fuss free cleansing!
I keep a few crystals in Otto’s room to help create a calm, safe space when I’m not with him at night. Every now and then, I place them back into his own selenite bowl that sits on his shelf. Nothing complicated just giving them a little recharge.
Selenite bowls and plates are perfect if you want something fuss free especially if you’re not a fan of using sage etc Just place your crystals or crystal jewellery etc on top and leave them there overnight.
✨✨✨You don’t need to cleanse your crystals everyday, just as and when you feel is right. I usually like to do mine once a week. But do what feels best for you!

This year also brought huge life moments moving into our forever home and setting up crystal cabin 2.0, Otto turning 3 🎂, travelling to Hong Kong, Malaysia, taking Otto to “meet the King” in London, a wonderful family holiday in Tenerife ✈️, and celebrating turning 3 (still can’t believe it!).
Above all, 2025 was about connecting with what matters the most, slowing down, & soaking up precious family time.
