We’re Katie + Anna Blue — the duo behind Katie Brooks Events and Bespoke Rentals NC.
Katie launched the business in 2018 fresh out of college, went full-time in 2020, and hired Anna Blue on a whim in March of 2022. Safe to say… that decision changed everything. What started as a leap of faith turned into a partnership we quite literally couldn’t run this business without.
In the early days, we were taking on 40+ weddings a year, and Bespoke Rentals existed solely to serve our planning clients. Over time, we’ve refined things in a way that allows us to be more intentional — now taking on just 10 Katie Brooks couples each year, while Bespoke has grown into a brand of its own, supporting events and creatives far beyond our own clients (including NYC next weekend with Barre to Brunch 👀✨).
Outside of work, a few things to know:
– we keep Starbucks very busy
– we will always prioritize a great meal while traveling
– we’re both very proud dog moms
– and we’re pretty certain we function best as a pair
