At the 10-day retreat, we walked in meditation 7-times… and each time was a chance to leave behind who I no longer wanted to be on that beach… and walk into the future me that I am choosing to become.

11/11… and it’s 11 days until my 44th birthday.
Scorpio season is always intense… and this year is no exception and started off about a month ago with a reality check that felt like I walked into Tyson’s right hook.
Since then, I have been introverting hard.
Healing from heartbreak, asking myself tough questions and loving all the parts of me that I have been trying to stuff away for the last year.
Through this experience, I’ve come home to another level of self-love…
A love that isn’t demanding perfection — but the kind of love that accepts me exactly as I am in this moment — for all that I am and all that I am not.
Just as the Creator does, because I am not separate from the Creator.
Just as my soul family does. It is their unconditional love that has given me permission and shown me how to love myself fully. (Thank you)
