翡翠の歴史は古く、縄文時代や古代の遺跡から翡翠製の勾玉や大珠などの装身具が発されており、世界最古級の宝石でもあります。
日本に数か所ある翡翠産地の中でも、宝石質の翡翠を産するのは新潟県の糸魚川周辺のみであり、縄文時代には新潟産の翡翠が北海道から沖縄に至るまで全国に運ばれています。
平成28年（2016）には日本鉱物科学会が、鉱物科学のみならず様々な分野でも重要性を持つ石として翡翠を「日本の国石」に選定しました。
この度、篤志家から橿原神宮へ御奉納いただいた翡翠は、令和7年（2025）に開催された日本万国博覧会（大阪・関西万博）において、天皇皇后両陛下や外国元首・国内外の貴賓を接遇するための施設「迎賓館」の中庭において展示された5つの翡翠（新潟県 糸魚川産出）のうちの一つです。
祭典では、斎主が御神前に奉納を奉告し巫女による神楽「鈴舞」が奉奏された後、翡翠の除幕式及び清祓が執り行われました。
御奉納いただいた翡翠は、外拝殿北側にて御参拝の皆様をお迎えいたします。

裏千家家元奉仕による献茶祭は、御鎮座百年奉祝祭（平成2年・1990年）に奉祝行事として15代家元奉仕により斎行されました。
御鎮座百三十年（令和2年・2020年）を迎え、令和4年に16代家元奉仕により約30年ぶりに斎行され、以降数年に一度奉仕いただくこととなり、今回は若宗匠奉仕により4年ぶりに斎行されました。
当日は約400名の方にご参列をいただき、斎主の祝詞奏上後、裏千家 若宗匠が点じられた濃茶・薄茶を、御祭神 神武天皇と皇后へお供えいたしました。

「軍艦瑞鶴戦没者並びに物故者慰霊祭」は、大東亜（太平洋）戦争末期、昭和19年（1944）10月25日に連合軍との戦闘の末、フィリピン沖で殉職した「軍艦瑞鶴」の乗組員をはじめ、駆逐艦 初月・秋月・若月の乗組員並びに第601海軍航空隊 瑞鶴派遣隊と共に、我が国の平和の為に殉職された先人達を偲び、平和を願う祭典です。
祭典内では、斎主の祭詞奏上に続き、巫女による神楽「浦安の舞」奉奏、瑞鶴沈没に至る当時の様子を回想した実際の乗組員の声が音源にて披露されます。
その後、「軍艦瑞鶴」が沈没した午後2時14分にあわせ、参列者が黙祷を捧げ、平和を祈念致します。
昨今、国際情勢は極めて厳しい状況が続いております。
ひとりでも多くの皆様に御参列いただき、尊い生命をかけて祖国のために殉じられた英霊に、慰霊の誠を捧げていただきたく存じます。

「献燈者安全祈願祭」は、橿原神宮へ燈籠を奉納された皆様をお招きし、崇敬者各位の身体健全・家内安全、また事業所の社運隆昌・無事故安全を祈願する祭典です。
祭典は燈籠の明かりが灯されるなか斎行され、斎主の祝詞奏上に続き、巫女により神楽「扇舞」が奉奏され、その後御参列の皆様に玉串を奉り拝礼いただきました。
当日は夕刻より1,000基を超える境内全ての燈籠に明かりが灯され、社殿や参道は荘厳かつ幽玄な雰囲気に包まれました。
