The first half of the class will focus on seated Asana’s held for a few breaths. The second half of the class will consist of holding yin-like postures between 1-5 minutes. This combination will not only help release tension in the body but also allow you to reach a state of mindfulness and relaxation.
This yoga class will be followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation, Pranayama (breathwork) and the enchanting resonance of a Tibetan soundbowl.
