From coaching Farm Strong boot camp classes to HYROX Training Camp sessions, helping organize events, and getting to be part of so many one-of-a-kind memories at Carolina Fitness Farm, I genuinely have to remind myself this is real life.

Walking away when things didn’t align instead of trying to make them fit.
And that’s when he showed up.

Lucky that there are people to clean up after. Lucky that our life is loud, fun, imperfect, and never walking on eggshells.
I’m grateful for the chaos. For the laughter. For the life my boyfriend and I are building together.
And for the quiet moments in between like cleaning in the morning with my pups, feeling a little glimpse of the independent girl I was before this… and the woman I’m becoming because of it. 🤍✨
