Thank you for the fantastic customer service from the manager of who is such a great guy and always makes the shopping experience the most enjoyable.
She’s a client with serious health issues and had lost weight and her shape had changed. She’d also dyed her hair a different colour and really felt that she didn’t know what colours suited her, what her style was and how to dress her new body shape. We had so much fun, talked about illness and the effects of peri-menopause and how we can lose confidence in how we look but there were many laughs too. It really is an honour to be a part of someone’s life, even if just for a short time.
It’s been a great week so far helping two friends over in Bath learn what their most flattering colours are and how to make the most of their existing wardrobe by showing them how using a few styling tweaks here and there can make their clothes suit their body shape so much better. One client gifted the other her time with me as a thank you for being a wonderful, supportive friend over a few difficult years. The power of female friendship is life enhancing and soul quenching so this is a reminder if you haven’t done recently to tell your best friend that you love her and are grateful to have her in your life.
