Three years ago I remember getting the keys for the first time and just sitting in the space imagining what it could be. I just knew in my heart that I wanted to create a space where people belonged. Where friends could gather and bounce ideas off each other. Where industry pros and new photographers could exist in the same room, learning from each other and being part of something together. A place where creativity exists and competition is left at the door.
What I didn’t expect was how much this space would give back to me. I have met some of the most inspiring people within these walls, and I have grown more than I ever imagined I would.
If you are thinking about taking a leap, it can be uncomfortable but I promise there is something beautiful waiting on the other side.✨
I still can’t believe my words are in a magazine. The past few years have been all about stepping into new rooms, building before I knew who would walk in, and refusing to play small when I knew I was capable of more.
Seeing my name in the pages of Elevate Issue is something I will never take for granted. This is what happens when you show up, stay in community, and keep going.
