پل باغ پیاده علامه با هدف ترمیم گسست ایجادشده توسط بزرگراه هاشمی رفسنجانی در بافت محله سعادتآباد طراحی شده است. این پل با ایجاد ارتباطی مؤثر میان دو سوی بزرگراه، بهویژه بین دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی و خوابگاه دانشجویی، علاوه بر تسهیل تردد، به احیای پارک علامه نیز کمک میکند. در طراحی پل، جدارههای سبز دولایه جایگزین نردههای معمول شدهاند تا هم کیفیت تجربه عبور را ارتقا دهند و هم فضایی برای فروش گل ایجاد کنند.

با پرهیز از تودهسازی و معماری پنهان، پروژه خوانشی معاصر از الگوهای بومی «باغتخت»، «صفه» و «راسته بازار» ارائه میدهد؛ جایی که فضاهای عمومی حول محورهای شمالی–جنوبی و شرقی–غربی سازمان مییابند و به شهر متصل میشوند.
بازار-باغ بهعنوان ستون فقرات مجموعه، همزمان پاسخگوی اقلیم، اقتصاد محلی و شکلگیری فضای جمعی است؛ معماریای واضح اما نه کاملاً آشکار، که امکان کشف تدریجی فضا را در دل زمین فراهم میکند.
