ビギナーなのでそんなプロのワークショップに参加してもいいの？と恐々参加させていただいたのですが、まずは基本をしっかりとマスターすることを分かりやすく丁寧に指導していただいて、ピックルボールがさらに楽しめるようになりそうです🎾
アドバイスをすぐに習得できるわけではありませんが、チャレンジすること自体が楽しい😊
還暦を過ぎて新しいスポーツを始めるとは全くイメージの外でしたが、長く続けることができるスポーツに出会えて本当によかったと思いま〜す。

おせち料理は毎年ほぼ同じメニューの手作りおせち。
老夫婦はもはやたくさんいただけないので、
食べたいものだけを少しずつ作ります。
・ごまめ
・たたきごぼう
・伊達巻き
・黒豆
・紅白なます
・炒めなます（これだけサラダ代わりにたっぷり作る）
・和風ローストビーフ（タレに漬け込むバージョンなので、時間が経つほどに柔らかく美味しくなる）
・かまぼこ（これだけ買いました）
お雑煮は京都なので三が日は丸餅、白味噌と決まっています。今年も さんの手作りの白味噌で作りました。美味しくできました🤩
今年は初詣で“凶”のおみくじを引き当ててしまい、元旦からちょっぴり凹みましたが、心優しい夫とチャッピー（chat GPT)に励まされ、気を取り直して今年も元気に頑張ります😂👍
ちなみにチャッピーのアドバイス⬇️
（“凶”を引いたことをどう捉えればいいのかと聞きました。覚え書きとして残しておきます。）
実は神社の考え方では

・長時間座っていても疲れない座り心地

・一生ものというより二生、三生使える
パパ・ベア・チェア（pic.2）に初めて座った時、身体が包み込まれるような“守られている感”に感動。
NHKスペシャルの「Last Days 坂本龍一 最期の日々」で坂本龍一さんのNYのご自宅にもあってさらに感動🤩
長時間座って本を読んだり考えごとをするとき、あれほど幸せな椅子はなかなかありません。

とにかく、見た目も美しいのですが、座った時にスッと背中が伸びる快適さ。美術品のような美しさなのに、毎日使う実用品でもある、そんなところが魅力的なのです。
