Sometimes, we long for someone who has all the answers or a method that promises to “fix” us. It’s natural to want quick solutions, especially when we feel stuck.
Some may try to sell you that, but I don’t believe in it. It’s not about me showing you the “right” way to do X, Y, or Z, nor about claiming to know better than you.
In my experience, we can only truly know for ourselves. It takes work to get there, and it may feel uncomfortable at times—but that’s often where real transformation happens.
I’m here to accompany you on this journey—not with the aim of intellectually understanding everything, but rather by experiencing and feeling what is unfolding. We’ll allow whatever arises to be, and then take the next steps from there, trusting in the process.
