It’s been a path of rewilding, re-membering (putting my self back together) and reclaiming my boom feminine! 💥
I now want to guide others to achieve the same, whether it be through the stories I tell as an actress/ producer, the TV series I host, the events I MC, the courses / workshops I run, the masterclasses I teach or the bespoke coaching / healing services I offer.
Over the past 15 years I have retrained in a myriad of modalities.

~ Went deeply into Psychotherapy, Life-Coaching & Meditation.
~ Became a trained Art Therapist & qualified Yoga teacher.
~ Studied Somatic Experiencing & Trauma Informed Care.
~ Learnt about the power of Essential Oils, Cyclical Living, Ayurvedic Kitchen Sadhana practices & the Principles of Permaculture.
~ Graduated as a Certified Shamanic Womancraft Practitioner, First Moon Circle Facilitator & Circle Wisdom holder.
~ Provided services as a Birth & Death Doula.
~ AND some of my greatest gifts & life lessons have come from becoming a Homebirthing Mama & Mama to many fur & feathered friends

I did this to honour where I’ve been and also where im headed - calling in the work offered under this platform to be fully expressed as I keep working on expending my capacity.

On this morning’s walk I didn’t meet the sunrise, I met the end of this moon cycle and the moon on its final descent. What a gift!
Today I’ll review my last 30 day goals and dreams (set on the new moon)… to see what seeds I will harvest and what I will let go of before the next cycle begins. I will honour the void and the liminal space between.
It’s such a tangible and awesome way to work - attuning to the wisdom of the cycles.
The moon informs our emotional life, the season our body.
There is much to share and much to learn…so much to experience.
