Dieses Jahr habe ich gemerkt, dass ich mich viel weniger kannte, als ich dachte.
Ende 2024 war ich überzeugt, ich hätte mich selbst gefunden und wäre ready für 2025. Anfang des Jahres wurde mir dann klar, dass das nicht stimmt. Mir ging es immer schlechter und ich habe mich selbst irgendwie verloren.
Im Sommer kam dann noch mein erster Heartbreak dazu. Gefühle, die ich so noch nie hatte. Ohne meinen Job, meine Freunde und meine Familie wäre ich wahrscheinlich noch tiefer gefallen.
Irgendwann habe ich verstanden, dass ich so nicht weitermachen kann. Ich habe angefangen, mich wirklich mit mir selbst auseinanderzusetzen und mir auch einen Therapieplatz gesucht.
Die Oscars, der Bambi, die Fashion Week – ich war überall da, aber innerlich nicht richtig dabei. Ich hab vieles erlebt, ohne es wirklich zu fühlen.
Jetzt, am Ende des Jahres, geht es mir wieder sehr gut.
Wenn es euch schlecht geht, hört auf euch und holt euch Hilfe. Therapie ist nichts, wofür man sich schämen muss.
Die letzten Wochen habe ich viel gearbeitet und geplant – und ich freue mich darauf, euch bald zu zeigen, was 2026 für mich bereithält.
