We’ve been together for 3 and a half and this is the 4th prep she’s gone through with me. I have never been more proud of a package I’ve brought to the stage and honestly this was the easiest prep I’ve done. Tyler really did a great job getting me conditioned early and cruising into the show. As a coach myself it’s important to listen to your athletes and communicate well in order to be on the same page - Tyler was willing to take my feedback (good or bad) and come up with a plan around it. This is what separates an AMAZING coach to an average one. We took every thing step by step, week by week, day by day and even hourly as we were closer to the show.
If anyone knows me, I will always put in the work and give my 100%. Tyler was able use my work ethic to guide and coach me to this win with the knowledge and experience as an athlete himself. I wouldn’t have been able to do this myself. Thanks again Tyler 🙏
