Die Gemeinde wollte uns keine Auskunft geben,
weil kein berechtigtes Interesse besteht, da wir noch nicht im Grundbuch standen. Und รผber das Amtsgericht konnten wir die Person auch nicht finden, weil sie nicht in dem Ort gemeldet war, in dem wir sie vermutet hatten.
Irgendwann haben wir sie dann doch gefunden
und ehrlich gesagt hatten wir keine Ahnung, was uns bei dem Gesprรคch erwartet. Geplant war eigentlich ein kurzes Treffen... Nach 3 Stunden hin und her haben wir uns darauf geeinigt, ein etwas mehr als den Bodenrichtwert zu zahlen,
aber dafรผr konnten wir das Thema endlich abschlieรen und weitermachen ๐ Nach all dem Stress war das einfach eine riesige Erleichterung. Viele sagten, dass sie direkt vom Kauf abgesprungen wรคren. Hรคttet ihr das so gemacht wie wir? Oder auch nicht gekauft?

Uns ist in der Flurkarte aufgefallen,
dass ein kleiner Streifen neben unserem Grundstรผck eine andere Flurnummer hatte.
Der Makler hat uns bis zum Schluss mehrfach bestรคtigt,
dass dieser Bereich zu unserem Grundstรผck gehรถrt ๐.
Trotzdem haben wir sicherheitshalber nochmal beim Amtsgericht nachgefragtโฆ und dort wurde uns dann bestรคtigt, dass das Grundstรผck einen anderen Besitzer hat.
Immerhin hat uns der Makler spรคter den Bodenrichtwert zurรผckerstattet...
Der Makler hat den ursprรผnglichen Eigentรผmer kontaktiert und er wollte allerdings ungefรคhr das Dreifache davon haben ๐ . Wรคren wir รผber den Makler noch am verhandeln waren, ist dieser nach Zahlung natรผrlich verschwunden.

Wir hatten ja den schwarzen Kleber, die Platten aus den Wรคnden und das Dach testen lassen.
Der Kleber und die Platten waren zum Glรผck unauffรคllig.
Beim Dach hat sich der Asbestverdacht allerdings bestรคtigt.
Deshalb sind wir bei der Sanierung jetzt besonders vorsichtig und lassen kritische Sachen professionell entfernen.
Bei alten Hรคusern kann man solche Dinge leider nie ganz ausschlieรen umso wichtiger ist es, vorher zu prรผfen.

In unserer Einfahrt standen noch eine halbierte Badewanne und eine Duschwanne und plรถtzlich waren sie weg.
Einerseits schon verrรผckt, dass einfach Dinge vom Grundstรผck verschwinden... Andererseits haben die Diebe uns damit tatsรคchlich Arbeit abgenommen ๐.
Die groรe Wanne war super schwer.
Und als Bonus wurde auch noch unser Pampasgras mitgenommen ๐พ. Dominik meint, das wurde eher gerettet als geklaut ๐.
