Seeing a line of people stretching down the road for coffee was such a pinch-me moment. We even had pre-orders ready to go, but the support was still incredible. Considering we only opened the café 5 months ago with absolutely no previous café experience, it felt pretty special 🥹🥹

It started with an idea…
A dream to create more than just a studio, but a space where people could slow down, connect, create and feel at home.
There were quiet days, big ideas, moments of doubt and a lot of trying / late nights.. Building walls, moving furniture, hosting events and pouring everything into a vision they believed in… 💭

This retreat means so much to me.
It’s not just another offering — it’s something deeply personal.A return to where I grew up, and creating space for others to come home to themselves too.
For the past few years, I’ve built something really special in Melbourne spaces that bring people together,
that help them reconnect, slow down, feel again.
But every time I came home to Ireland, I felt it…
a quiet gap. A lack of spaces like that here
So this retreat is my way of changing that.
Not by creating something big or loud…
but something intentional. A small, intimate space to step away from the noise of life and come back to yourself.
To breathe.
To move.
To reflect.
To reconnect — with who you are and where you’re going.
West Cork has always held something special for me,
and it feels really aligned to hold this here
