We went away this weekend to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and on our way to the hotel we stumbled across this little gem Field to Fork Farm Shop in Wootton Wawen, Warwickshire.
And honestly… what a find it was
Quick tip from me if you’re ever travelling somewhere new, open Google Maps and type in “breakfast”, “lunch” or “dinner”. You’ll often discover amazing local places that don’t always show up on social media. That’s exactly how we found this one.
My dad and I both went for the cooked breakfast, and it was genuinely delicious proper hearty, good-quality food that you could tell was made with care.
Jayden went for pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, which he absolutely loved
Of course, we couldn’t leave without picking up a few cakes to take back to the hotel… it would’ve been rude not to.
Located in the heart of Wootton Wawen, Field to Fork really feels like a proper countryside farm shop. They have everything from fresh fruit and veg to their own butchery and bakery, plus a gorgeous range of local groceries.
Their restaurant, The Orchard, serves breakfast, lunch and takeaway and it’s such a lovely, relaxed place to sit, eat and catch up.
If you’re ever in the area, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. Whether you’re after a meal, a coffee, or just a wander around the shop, it’s well worth a visit.
Have you been before? Let me know

Me and Jayden headed into London to check out Higgidy’s one-day-only pie pop-up shop and honestly, we loved it.
This was my very first time trying Higgidy pies, and it was Jayden’s first time too. We both went for the limited-edition Steak & Guinness pie and WOW… it was so good rich, comforting and packed with flavour perfect for a cold January day.
We enjoyed them hot at the pop-up, but I also picked up a few pies to take home with me as you could buy them hot or cold, which I thought was a great idea.
I’ve tried Higgidy sausage rolls before, but I’d never properly tried their pies and after this, I’ll definitely be picking up more from the supermarket.
Following the sell-out success of their first pop-up in 2025, Higgidy returned to London on 15th January with their £2 pie shop at 14 Percy Street, just off Tottenham Court Road.
They had five delicious pies on offer, including:
• Slow-Cooked Steak & Guinness (our favourite!)
• Creamy Chicken & Sauteed Leek
• Slow-Cooked Steak, Bacon & Red Wine
• Spinach, Greek Feta & Pine Nut
• Three Cheese Cauliflower & Broccoli
The pop-up itself looked amazing with pies cascading down the outside of the shop, which made it super eye-catching and perfect for content.
Honestly, this was such a fun brand experience and a brilliant way for people to discover Higgidy’s range. If they do another one, I’d 100% go again.
Have you tried Higgidy pies before? Let me know your favourite.

I only discovered Space NK about six months ago when I restarted my skincare and makeup journey and honestly, I’ve completely fallen in love with the store ever since.
This was my first time checking out their January sale, and even though I visited quite late in the month, I was really impressed with what was still available.
They still had so much to choose from everything from gorgeous gift sets to individual products that weren’t even in the main sale section. There were definitely still some great bargains to be found.
If you’ve been thinking about popping into Space NK but felt like you might have missed the sale, I’d definitely still recommend going. There’s still plenty there at really good prices.
Have you checked out the Space NK sale yet? Let me know what you picked up

Today I popped into Primark near Tottenham Court Road, and honestly I was so surprised by how much they still had in the January sale especially as we’re already halfway through the month.
I only had time to look in the clothing section, so I didn’t even make it over to accessories this time (that might need a part two).
There was so much choice from jumpers and T-shirts to dresses and trousers, in loads of different styles and fabrics. It was actually really nice to see such a variety, rather than just random bits left over.
I picked up a few pieces to try on, and I’ve got to say, they looked just as good on as they did on the rail which is always a win.
It actually reminded me of that line from The Blind Side, when Leigh Anne says to Big Mike: “If you don’t love it in the store, you’re not going to love it at home.”
…and honestly, that’s such a good rule when shopping in the sales.
There were loads of items at 50% off, and even some going up to 70% off, so if you’re looking for a bargain, it’s definitely worth a look before it’s all gone.

I was out one evening strolling along the high street when I spotted German Doner Kebab running a Buy One Get One Free offer… and honestly, it would’ve been rude not to share.

• Doner Wrap
• OG Kebab
• Inferno OG Kebab (new launch)

Honestly, I found so many new bits to try, but the thing I’m most excited about testing is the Hismile tooth gloss I’ve seen it everywhere, so let’s see if it lives up to the hype.
And can we talk about my biggest bargain…
