We ended our day & last few kilometres in the dark. Extremely steep incline to our final home stay. Everyone (including those with badly blistered feet) dug deep and was by far the most emotional but inspiring day 😢

Day 3 - Ban Bauc ➜ Hang Village (20km)
Day 4 - Hang Village ➜ Kho Muong (17km)
Niggles were starting to show by the end of day 3, high ascents over mixed terrain (jungle & road) meant steep descents the other side 🥴 (my least favourite) knees were screaming! Most of us were suffering with lack of sleep too but the group helped keep spirits high! 🙌🏼
