A four day exploration of New Burlesque, Striptease and Cabaret to practice the art of seduction, learn basic technics of striptease, gain self-confidence as a female and create a CABARET SHOW for the opening of the SACRED PLAY-PARTY next Sunday night, “From devotion to Redemption, the Goddess Shrine”
Over the span of four days we will rehearse and create individual and group dances and - if desired - have the opportunity to show them in a final performance on Sunday June 7th, 2026.
DAY 1: Archetypes of seductive Feminity. Each one has her own way of standing, walking, talking, hunting, speaking, stripping. We will walk sensually on high heels. We will act and dance to the rhythm of the character. We will learn the art of Tease.
All genders are welcome: men, women, non-binary. Every body will be treated as female during the workshop.
Bring a pair of high heels and gloves if you have them.
Workshop in English (with french accent!)
Day 2 and Day 3, CREATION for the show. No obligation to perform in the end, you can also participate to the workshop and just join for the Sacred Play-Party.
This time, theme is ALL MIGHTY GODDESSES.
We will learn a burlesque group choreography of strip-tease to perform on stage as VENUS, goddess of Love.

L’héroïne Jane Eyre est d’une puissance de résilience à toute épreuve! Son enfance est tragique. On met quelques chapitres à rentrer dedans car on s’y ennuie autant qu’elle puis soudain tout s’accélère et c’est le genre de bouquin qu’on ne peut plus lâcher, on lit même en marchant dans la rue!
Il est intéressant de re contextualiser les rapports de domination homme-femmes du 19e siècle, constater combien ils sont intériorisés par l’héroïne et sans doute par l’autrice.
Avec nos yeux d’aujourd’hui, on lit les red flags, le mec splaining, le gaz light etc et cela nous rend d’autant plus admiratives de la pugnacité inexorable de l’héroïne, têtue comme une mule, fière, vive, passionnée, puissante, totalement incroyable.
Le destin romanesque d’une héroïne hors du commun.

Ok le style n’est pas funky youpi lala, aucune fioriture inutile. Tout est concis, précis, didactique.
