Since June 25, 2025, key works from my Ukrzaliznytsia project have been presented across central transit infrastructures in Oslo, including Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) and the Airport Express Terminal. The exhibition brings together works produced between 2017 and 2025 and is on view for one year, until June 2026.
Presented within some of the cityโs most vital public infrastructures, the project continues to live and circulate far beyond the exhibition space.
Curated and produced by Mesรฉn, by Vibeke Christensen and Tina Skedsmo. It was such a pleasure to work on this exhibition together.
Installed across platforms, digital screens, main entrances, and faรงades, the works unfold throughout both locations. Large-scale installations occupy key architectural points, while additional images appear across multiple zones, embedding the project into the everyday flows of transit, waiting, arrival, and departure. Moving between images made before and during the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the works reveal how the railwayโs function has been transformed โ from a space of ordinary travel into an infrastructure of evacuation, care, and survival.
The new works (2025) were commissioned by Faktura 10, a core initiative of Ribbon International, curated by Marta Kuzma.
