Il y a longtemps, une petite fille en moi a appris à se taire. Par peur de l’abandon. Par peur de ne pas être aimée telle qu’elle était. Alors j’ai créé une armure. Un personnage fort, lumineux: Julia. Julia c’est celle qui brille. Celle qui sait être ce qu’on attend d’elle. Mais à force de vouloir être aimée, j’ai oublié celle que j’étais à l’origine: La petite Julie.
Récemment, en constellation familiale avec, je suis retournée à sa rencontre. Et j’ai compris quelque chose d’essentiel: Elle n’avait pas seulement peur d’être abandonnée par les autres, Elle avait surtout été abandonnée par moi.
Alors je lui ai fait une promesse. La plus importante de ma vie: de ne plus JAMAIS m’abandonner.
Aujourd’hui, Julie existe. Julia existe aussi. L’enfant et la femme. L’ombre et la lumière. ❤️
2025 à été une année de leçons, de guérison de trauma, de choix difficiles, et de libération. Je me suis écoutée, choisie et ça n’a pas été évident. Une rupture après 10 ans n’est jamais joyeuse à vivre. Mais à présent, je suis entièrement alignée avec cette nouvelle vie qui commence. Et je sais que c’était le bon choix pour moi.
2026 sera une année d’accomplissements, d’amour, de liberté et de paix intérieure. ✨

En cette saison, le Wells Gray Provincial Park semble endormi. Les campings sont fermés, les visiteurs rares… et c’est tant mieux.
Le silence s’installe, juste troublé par le rire des enfants et le bruissement des feuilles mortes sous nos pas.
J’imagine comme ce lac doit être magique l’été, en kayak au milieu de ces reflets verts et dorés.
Aujourd’hui, je me contente de le contempler.
L’eau paisible, l’écho au loin, un arbre jaune au milieu des autres, une cabane isolée…
Le genre d’endroit où le temps s’arrête, où l’on pourrait rester des heures à respirer, méditer, simplement être.

Je voulais absolument créer LE sac que je rêvais d’avoir.
