There are times in life where I often forget that living dharma is simply being myself. It’s a place in my heart that shows up for others, especially woman (mothers) that truly is effortless.

I’m in this season of life where I’ve birthed my babies, they are growing rapidly and I’ve regained my power back to how I want to serve and show up in the world as well as being a present full time mama.

Honoring the mother, is not just a passion of mine, it’s a way of being - it’s a fight for a systemic change, that I may never fully see in this lifetime but I sure will make every effort to do so.

My old life is beautifully merging with this new version of me, more grounded, nurturing and real with the reality of life.

I went to a beautiful baby shower for Bethany Clare this weekend. I am so blessed that I get to serve this mama in postpartum and give her the nurturing she so deserves. As every mother does. It’s essential for the health and wellbeing of mother and baby.

My offerings in the world have fully evolved from sharing multidimensional healing work, teaching yoga and sharing woman’s retreats to stepping into mamahood, now sharing mother circles, pregnancy/Postpardum massage and now Postpartum Care as a doula.

It’s all evolving so quickly but still with mindfulness and deep reverence for the work to be in this field with woman in these portals of deep transformation.

I thank god for always guiding me to be in the highest service to the mother. May we all wake up to serving our mothers more and more. As we all come from the mother and we will die back into the mother’s arms.

Let us take care of our community of mothers, especially new mothers for our future generations rely on us.

In devotion to the Ma 💛🪷

PS. Next mothers circle is this May 30th at The Village - Perth let’s gather, unite and remember how to be together again in the village we all crave.

Also look out for some upcoming postpartum workshops I’ll be sharing with the Perth community soon✨✨

Happy Mother’s Day!

To all who hold the title, all who hold life, all who show up day to day without recognition.

I see you mama. I thank you mama. I feel you mama.

Honoring my own birth mother, my step mother that loved me as her own, and my step mother that pushed me beyond what to learn how to love myself more than I could ever imagine by your pain you inflicted on me. I bow to you all that did the best you could.

Now we can do better, because we know better. Let us change the way we honor our mothers in pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

I will be doing all that I can to make this shift, even if I don’t see the full bloom of this intention isn’t seen until after I die. I am on mission.

In reference and devotion to the Ma 🌹🙏🏼

Celebrating mums the way they deserve today at The Village.

A moment to slow down, let our walls down, take a breath, connect, laugh, cry, move our bodies and simply be held for a little while.

Because motherhood was never meant to be done alone, and neither was womanhood.

Thank you to every beautiful woman who walked through our doors today. We hope you left feeling seen, supported and just a little more like yourself again.

The Village 🤍
Mother’s Day has had me in deep reflection…

On how much a mother holds.
On how sacred this journey truly is.

To create life, birth life, nourish life, and raise life…
It is one of the most holy rites of passage a woman can walk through.
And yet, it is so often not honoured in the way it deserves.

This is why I feel so deeply called to gather.

This Mother’s Day, I will be holding a Mother’s Circle at
a space for you to be held, seen, and nourished.

We’ll begin with a gentle, somatic yoga practice…
dropping into the body, the breath, and the temple that created your baby.

Followed by a heartfelt circle with cacao, connection, and remembrance…
that you are not alone.

And we’ll close with a deeply restorative yoga nidra.

Because self-care in motherhood isn’t a luxury.
It’s essential.

It’s time for the mother to be mothered.
To tend to your inner mother.
To receive the support you truly need.

Because when mothers are supported…
our children, our families, and the world feel it.

I would love to hold you in this space.

I hope to see you there 🤍

3 signs your nervous system is asking for support ✨

1. You’re not sleeping through the night.
Whether you’re up with a baby, breastfeeding, lying awake replaying the day, or carrying the constant mental load of motherhood… your body is running on empty. When we don’t get enough rest, our nervous system stays in survival mode and everything begins to feel harder.

2. You’re reacting instead of responding.
You feel touched out. Overstimulated. You hear yourself snapping at your partner or children and afterwards feel guilt or shame. You want to be calm, present and patient… but underneath it all, you are exhausted and carrying too much on your own.

Especially if you grew up not feeling deeply mothered yourself, motherhood can bring old wounds to the surface. The parts of you that never felt safe, seen or held can begin to cry out for care too.

3. You feel forgetful, foggy and unlike yourself.
You walk into a room and forget why. You leave the grocery store without the one thing you needed. You feel scattered, disconnected, low in energy, and like you’ve somehow lost yourself amongst everyone else’s needs.

Mama, this is not because you are failing.

This is often what happens when a woman has been giving and giving for too long without being held herself.

From the early postpartum years through the first 7 years of motherhood, many women are carrying not only the weight of raising children, but also the unmet needs, grief and wounds from their own mothering.

You do not have to keep pushing through.

You deserve support. You deserve rest. You deserve to be mothered too.

If this feels like you, my sessions are a space to soften, exhale, be deeply cared for, and gently begin to come back to yourself again 🤍

With this New Moon in Aries ♈️ I’ve decided to finally launch 🚀 my website for the world to see the evolution of how I’m now working with mothers.

This has been in the making for over 6 months, with many moments of dreaming, refining, questioning, and allowing it to unfold in the way that feels most aligned. Today felt like the perfect day to finally share it.

I feel so deeply passionate about supporting mothers through every season — from pregnancy, to postpartum, to the ongoing journey of motherhood. I believe mothers deserve to be deeply held, nourished, supported, and surrounded by community.

So much of motherhood can feel isolating, and I truly believe we are being called to create a new village. A village where women are seen, heard, nurtured, and reminded that they do not have to do it all alone.

My work is here to hold space for mothers in a more holistic and heart-led way — through healing, touch, rest, emotional support, circles, connection, and coming home to themselves again.

Launching this website feels like more than simply sharing what I offer; it feels like sharing a piece of my heart and the vision I carry for the mothers in our community.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and believed in this journey.

If you feel called to work together, or are interested in any of the services I offer, I would love to hear from you. Please get in touch 🤍
Becoming a mother is not just a moment… it’s a complete transformation.

And yet, so many women are expected to “bounce back” as if nothing has changed.

But everything has changed.

Here are 3 powerful shifts that happen after birth that deeply impact a mother’s body, mind, and heart:

✨ 1. The Body is Open and Healing
After pregnancy and birth, a woman’s body is in a state of deep repair. The womb is contracting, hormones are shifting rapidly, and the nervous system is often raw and sensitive. Without intentional rest, nourishment, and care, this can lead to depletion, pain, and long-term imbalance.

✨ 2. The Identity Shift
You are not the same woman you were before. There is a shedding, a becoming, a rebirth. This can feel beautiful… and also disorienting. Without space to be witnessed and held in this transition, many mothers feel lost, unseen, or disconnected from themselves.

✨ 3. The Emotional + Mental Load Expands
The constant tending, the lack of sleep, the responsibility, the love that can feel overwhelming in its depth… it’s a lot. When this isn’t supported, it can quietly turn into anxiety, overwhelm, or postpartum depression.

Mama, you were never meant to do this alone.

You were meant to be held while you hold.

This is why Mother’s Circles exist 🤍
A space to land. To be seen. To soften. To receive.

If you’re feeling stretched, tender, or simply craving connection with other mothers who get it…

I invite you to join us for the next Mother’s Circle.

Come as you are.
Baby in arms, heart wide open.

You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.

Hi there 👋🩷

I’ve noticed some new followers here! So I wanted to do a simple re-introduction of how I am sharing my work currently. After having two gorgeous boys of my own, I was able to fully rebirth myself into my next service in the world. I’ve worked sharing my healing bodywork for almost 20 years… and more than ever it is clear to me with my own Postpardum care I received that the world needs more support for mothers in this sacred window of time. I realized especially after my first birth there weren’t enough support for my own transformation I was going through… see when you give birth you completely expand and in those first few days you are in between worlds. From the full Maiden to Mother. There is a moment of holy MA - who am I now? With this rebirth I full had to allow the old parts of me to die in order to be reborn again. I often challenged everything of what I thought I knew to come again to humbleness of I know nothing and willing to still remember the vastness of my wisdom as I embodied the mother.

This transformation has now led me to fully embrace my next service to the world by working with mothers. My specialty is through the body wisdom. Sharing my healing hands on bodywork to help mothers release the many stresses of motherhood but most importantly to release any trauma they might have had through birth etc. To shift the nervous system back to a place of peace and homeostasis. To fully remember her divine spirit and to be held by mothering the mother.

I am currently as well in a powerful Ayurvedic postpartum doula training by that will next level my service with using these ancient techniques to serve the mother in these first few years of postpartum.

I host mother circles monthly at my home space, where the local community of mothers can fully receive the village that we all crave.

Welcome all woman to this page. Here I will share inspiration, education and stories of my experience for postpartum mamas.

Thank you for journeying with me, feel free to share in the comments below where you are in your mother journey and how was your postpartum experience? 🦋

MY LOVE OF SERVICE ✨⁣

I've been deep in solitude and inner reflections lately... to truly take a step back and witness what's my mission, why I am here, what am I here to bring into the world. ⁣

My mission is to just show up and do the best at being an embodiment of truth. Be a guide, truth devotee, a light of love, a divine feminine of the Sophia and a space holder for your own inner healer to evoke. ⁣

To be an example. ⁣
To be of service. ⁣
To remind you of who you are. ⁣

I offer 1:1 healing sessions that have now become the purposeful driven force of why I am here. Guiding others in a space of deep allowance to renegotiate what is ready to fully shift. I use many different modalities with the foundational practice of myofascial release to help activate and release densities and patterning in the physical to catch up with truly allowing the totality of your true wholeness to come into homeostasis. ⁣

I teach yoga in a way of anchoring in how you are on your mat is how you are in life. ⁣

And now I am offering group sessions that in a field of trust we come together to release, renew, remember who we are in a space of self awakening. Awakening to your true self. ⁣

I offer a pillar of support for retreat groups and trainings to allow visionary leaders who are changing the way things are and shifting humanity from fear to love. ⁣

Also as I step in and commit - my deepest desire is to live off the land, in a community of my deepest soul family of support and full resonance. This is happening and we must allow this desire to pulse from the womb of creation and not disown this desire. (Hawai’i is calling) ⁣

My intention to share this is to invite you to truly take a moment and stand tall in what gifts you are here to bring in the world? We are ALL needed! Every single one of us has incredible gifts and I am so excited to witness humanity stepping in the power of love. ⁣

Tell me why you are here? This question is truly needed at this moment as we embark on creating heaven on earth. Stop playing around and show up in your truth and be the change you wish to see. (Speaking to myself as well) ⁣ 📸Incredible video by
