Einleitend möchte ich sagen, dass jeder Körper verschieden ist und man sich nicht mit anderen vergleichen sollte. Ich war und bin sehr stolz auf mich, dass ich die gesamte SSW über fleißig meine workouts durchgezogen habe (natürlich zum Ende hin mit etwas reduzierten Gewichten) und konnte auch nach einem Monat Postpartum wieder langsam starten. Es geht mir soweit ganz gut trotz einiger körperlicher „Problemchen“. Eine SSW dauert eben 9 Monate und so kann man auch nicht erwarten, dass nach 3 Monaten schon wieder alles „normal“ ist. Ich habe auch ein Foto von meinem restlichen Babybauch gemacht als kleines Update. 🤰🏼👼🏼🍀
