Legs were toast after this. Just amazing to get to use all the hand selected old school equipment that’s in there. That Icarian leg curl has to be the best I’ve used, plus Mike shortened the seat to allow more ROM. Just felt perfect.

Nothing fancy this session, mostly cables. Did some overhead cable extensions and single arm cable extensions not shown. Didn’t have a single bit of elbow pain and the arm pump was crazy!

I actually threw this one together last minute and choreographed it backstage waiting for finals. I decided on the song and edited it about an hour before athlete check ins lol. But I always wanted to pose to this one since I saw pose to it at the Olympia several years ago. Absolutely love version of it.
