Lots of front running in warm conditions made it difficult to respond at the end and I lost out on the title on the last 500m. But also, I believe that it wasn’t my very best day either, so I just didn’t have more to give.
That’s the sport & given my track record, it would be very foolish not to be happy about a silver medal.
What I am most proud of is that I was able to share the race with my team mates & with Jona & Chris taking home two bronze medals as well 🙏🏼🔥
It just gives you another level of confidence & trust having the team there and I couldn’t appreciate it more.
Now we go back to the drawing bord and try to get some PBs out of this season 💪🏻
