The first and last pic is my 4-year stage transformation!
I think I did look quite a bit better in 2023 compared to 2019 but if you compare those two pics you’d probably be slightly disappointed.
However, my journey to the 2023 stage was not like the last few times. I went to a huge belly to a pancake butt to a place where I can now say I’ve actually made some progress. And I can tell you that it was mentally really, really hard to having to almost start from scratch again! But there we go. And since I’ve been using glute plan to supplement my upper body program the progress has been progressing 😄.

You see, it's good to learn from your past, but there's nothing you can do to change it. My mom calls it, "being stuck on stupid" if all you do is live in the past without learning from it.
I say all of this because if you look at all the photos I've taken with, you can clearly see my progression as a Photographer and her in her life. We've changed for the better. Every day you have to chisel away the rough parts in life to make things easier upon yourself and to others. It's a constant progression, like bodybuilding, but for not just your body, but for your mind and soul.
Each photo 📸 set we did was taken 2 years apart. 2017, 2019, and 2021. Every time things got better and better for us in our lives as well as our photos.
