- Ingredientes:
1 kilo Harina
15g Levadura
12g Sal
175g Azúcar
6 Huevos
150 ml Leche tibia
1 Cda de Vainilla
Ralladura de una naranja
220g Mantequilla (a temperatura ambiente)
Amasar muy bien la masa por 10-15 minutos. Para dejar reposar 1 hora o 1:30 hora
- Empaste dulce:
50g Harina
50g Azúcar glass
50g Mantequilla
Mezclar muy bien y dejar reposar
En papel film en el refri.
Pasada la hora ponchar la masa y estirarla para colocar los muñequitos, enrolar muy bien hacia adentro hasta que quede bien apretada, para darle forma a la rosácea unir los dos extremos colocando uno de los extremos encima del otro juntándolo muy bien para que no se valla abrir, colocar en una bandeja para horno con la parte de unión para abajo.
Cortar el empaste dulce en 4 partes iguales estirarlos y colocar encima de la rosca, barnizar con huevo los espacios vacios y agregar nueces picadas, dejar reposar 1 hora más ya decorada.
Hornear a 350° F por 35-40 minutos.
