The villa was originally a private residence, but is now a museum owned and run by the Italian National Trust, FAI. It’s one of the “must see/do” highlights in Lake Como and I can assure you it won’t disappoint.
The views across Bellagio and the Alps from the most iconic spot (the three arched loggia) is simply breathtaking. During high season you’ll often see people saying their “I do” here, can you imagine having this as your backdrop to your wedding photos?
