I’m already a huge temper fan and have visited their restaurant manyyyyy times so I was pleased to see some temper staples on the menu BUT…
…I was here to try the burgers and they’re big and they’re juicy!!
Altho I really do have to mention the chicken goujons coz ordering goujons in a restaurant didn’t feel right but they were FANTASTIC 👌🏼

I assume Paris is called the city of love because it is an absolute haven for people that LOVE food.
(Altho low key the vibes were kinda romantic here)
We were looking for a late night dinner & ended up at by Canal Saint-Martin. It was a cosy, slightly hectic (in the best way) spot that felt very ✨ Parisian✨
What we orderered:
• French Onion Soup
• Beef Bourguignon
• Tarte Tatin
A gorgeous spot for a late night French dinner 🫶🏽
Ok I’m usually obsessed with some form of tomato egg breakfast but this is my latest obsession!
• Slice of toasted seed sensations
• 1-2tbsp of greek yoghurt
• 1 fried egg
• Drizzle of paprika butter (melt a knob of unsalted butter with a sprinkle of paprika)
• Air fryer tomato (slice tomato in half & lightly coat in olive oil, season with salt & pepper and cook in the air fryer at 200c for 8 mins)
This spot was in one of our fave little areas of Paris, we sat street side and watched life go by ~ a dreamy Thursday evening ❣️
Also 10/10 for absolutely everything on this cheeseboard (& the wine)!

Feeling very grateful for the experiences I got to have last year, and the people I got to share them with 🫶🏼
(But a lil’ reminder that Instagram is a highlights reel and that people only show you what they want to on social media. For example, it doesn’t show me in bed feeling ill all day after the half marathon, or getting food poisoning in Vietnam, or the very rough ride and skin issues that came with coming off the contraceptive pill, or the down days in between the good ones etc.)
I’ve tried a few different ways of eating noodles and this is my favourite by far:
🥢 Add 2/3 of the soup base packet, all of the vegetable seasoning packet, black pepper to taste, 1tsp malt vinegar, 1 minced garlic clove, sesame seeds to taste, and 3tbsp hot vegetable oil into a bowl and mix together.
🥢 Cook the noodles for 3.5 mins. Drain, rinse in cold water and add to the bowl.
🥢 Add a crispy fried egg on top of your noodles.
🥢 Garnish with extra sesame seeds and crispy onions.
