At 37, I’ve realized something most women over 30 already know:

We don’t struggle with fitness because we don’t know what to do.

We know we should eat more protein.
We know we should strength train.
We know we should move our bodies.

The hard part is doing it while raising kids, building a career, managing a household, healing from pregnancies, C-sections, injuries, stress, and everything else life throws at us.

For years, I kept waiting for the perfect week.

The week when work slowed down.
The week when I felt motivated.
The week when life got easier.

That week never came.

Progress happened when I stopped starting over every time life got messy.

37.
Two kids.
Two C-sections.
A metal plate in my arm.
A business to run.

And I’m still showing up.

Not perfectly.
Consistently.

If you’re a woman over 30 trying to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, or feel confident in your body again, stop waiting for the perfect time.

Start with the time you have.

At 37, there are a few things I wish someone had told me sooner.

You don’t need to spend hours doing cardio.

You don’t need to eat as little as possible.

You don’t need to start over every Monday.

What actually changed my body was lifting weights, prioritizing protein, focusing on recovery, and staying consistent even when I wasn’t motivated.

If you’re a woman over 30 trying to get fit, stop chasing quick fixes and start building habits you can actually maintain.

The goal isn’t to be perfect.

The goal is to become stronger, healthier, and more confident year after year.
Summer is in 6 days- GO TO THE GYM! 💚💚💚💚
I’m 37, and honestly, my body looks better now than it did in my 20s.

Not because I found some secret workout or diet, but because I finally stopped looking for quick fixes and started focusing on consistency.

A few things that made the biggest difference:

• Prioritizing protein
• Lifting weights regularly
• Walking more
• Getting enough sleep
• Being patient with the process

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, even when you don’t feel like it.

The older I get, the less I care about being skinny and the more I care about being strong, healthy, capable, and confident.

35+ has been my best era yet.
Golden hour 💚
Want to become a morning person? Stop waiting to wake up motivated.

The secret isn’t having more energy than everyone else. It’s creating a routine that makes it easier to show up for yourself every day.

For me, this is the #1 part of my morning routine. 💚

Before the gym, before work, before emails, before I start chasing my goals for the day… AG1.

As someone who’s balancing fitness, business, motherhood, content creation, and everything in between, I need habits that are simple, quick, and easy to stay consistent with.

One scoop. Done.

Because the way you start your morning usually sets the tone for the rest of your day.

DON’T LET THE WEEKEND BE YOUR WEAK END 💪🍑

If growing your glutes is the goal, consistency matters more than finding the “perfect” workout.

Pick a few movements that target your glutes and do them at least 2 times per week. Then focus on progressive overload, which simply means challenging your muscles a little more over time.

That could look like:
✔️ Adding weight
✔️ Doing more reps
✔️ Improving your form
✔️ Taking fewer breaks

Doing the same thing with the same weight forever will give you the same results forever.

Your glutes need a reason to grow. Give them one.

Now go enjoy your weekend... but don’t skip your workout. 😏
this wasn’t motivation
it was pain
frustration
depression
setbacks
and showing up anyway

they told me what my limits were
and for a while, i accepted it
then i realized…
your outcome isn’t decided by what happens to you
it’s decided by what you do after

i broke 16 bones.
collapsed lung.
liver laceration.
metal rods. 18 screws.

was told i’d never lift more than 12 lbs again.

if i can come back from this
you can stop making excuses
If you don’t want the average body, you can’t do what average people do. That’s just a fact. This is basically my play by play of how I transformed my body, do with it what you will! #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #fitnessjourney
You’re wearing your winter coat wrong, and I’m sorry to be this person but it’s 8 degrees in Chicago and you need to stay warm 😭 this is how you wear the fur part of your coat properly. #chicago #winter
