From a dream 💭 to serve up her Granny’s recipes at Notting Hill Carnival, to trading with KERB… it’s been a busy time for Caydie and her street food business Jerk & Lobster.
Jerk & Lobster joined our inKERBator in August this year, with Caydie’s mission to quit the day job and turn street food full time. 💪 Nine weeks later, she graduated with flying colours!
Jerk & Lobster is a family affair - if you swung by Cowcross in the last couple of months you’ll have spotted Caydie’s Dad manning the smoking’ jerk pan, or Caydie’s Mum cooking up a storm. 🚀
